Platinum Jubilee-Purple

To Commemorate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee of 2022, this collection of artwork has been done to celebrate the Queen becoming the first monarch to celebrate a Platinum Jubilee after 70 years of service.

The artwork was created with a homage to the Royal Standard of the United Kingdom, with the silver cross in the middle referencing the Birmingham Coat of Arms, which was the inspiration behind the artwork. The Queen’s portrait featured in the middle of the badge is a homage to Her Majesty’s portrait on the nation’s currency, Pound Sterling.

The collection consists of six different coloured versions of the artwork: purple, blue, red, yellow, white and green, which are the colours that are featured in British flags, emblems, badges, crests and insignias.

You can find the five other variants of the artwork at the bottom of this page.
